Principal Solution Consultant at SailPoint
Mo is an Identity and Access Management specialist with over 20 years’ experience working at the sharp end of identity failures, audits, and transformation programmes. At SailPoint, he advises UK organisations on how to turn identity from a compliance exercise into a real control system for security and resilience. His work focuses on the gap between perceived and actual control, particularly under regulatory pressure, and on how identity must evolve to govern AI and non-human access.
Danial O'Shea
Head of IDAM Platform, Specsavers
Danial O’Shea is the Global Head of Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Platform at Specsavers, where he leads the strategy, delivery, and operation of identity services supporting over 45,000 colleagues and millions of customers worldwide. He is responsible for evolving a modern, scalable identity ecosystem across colleague and customer platforms, focusing on secure, frictionless access, regulatory compliance, and enabling business growth. Danial works closely with architecture, cybersecurity, and product teams to drive identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication capabilities across a complex global technology landscape. With a strong focus on automation and standardisation, he is leading the transformation of identity services through platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, and Ping Identity. Danial is an active contributor to the identity community, regularly speaking at industry events and collaborating with leading vendors to shape best practice in identity security and customer experience.
